Rick and Tracey Rempel are on loan from MAF Canada to Flying Mission in Zambia, Africa. Tracey first came to Zambia from Australia to work with SIM (Serving In Mission) in 2003 and worked in the head office in the capital, Lusaka. While there she helped out in the office with getting the paper work ready so that other missionaries coming into the country, picked up and helped the new-comers as the arrived and also went often to the government offices for immigration issues etc. Rick came first to Botswana in 2003 with Flying Mission as a pilot where he flew hospital patients to the receiving hospitals and also nurses to the rural areas so that they could provide primary health care. After doing this for 2 years, in 2005 he was transferred to Zambia to help with a new program that was starting up for Flying Mission. Here in Zambia he mostly flew missionaries and doctors to their mission stations. Rick & Tracy were married in January of 2007 and have a son, Matthew, who was born in 2009.
Our church family also joins with other individuals and churches in supporting Mark and Amy who are serving the Lord with MBMS International overseas.
